You let Gwen follow you to the Charr. They kill her. Then you take Gwens Leg and put it into Strongbox with a Scroll of Berserkers Insight and you get to the secret charr level.... Seriously, i got a Perfect Sephis Axe from the Charr King. Not to mention a few ectos and shards + a ruby. Wait that sounds familiar...
